Hours: 32-40/week Start Date: ASAP Experience: 3-4 years professional software development in PHP Laravel We’re looking for a Laravel-proficient developer to help lead our development team and help shape the future of music tech. At IndieMassive, you’ll play a core role in designing and delivering tools that impact artists worldwide. This is a chance to be a key player in a fast-scaling company that’s shaking up the music industry. You’ll be working closely with platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as independent artists and record labels who are rewriting the rules of the game. Who are we? We build software that allows: Seamless delivery of music to all major DSPs Robust metadata management Ingestion of royalty data from platforms Transparent, timely royalty payouts to artists. Reliability Crystal-clear communication Ownership and accountability Solution-oriented thinking Deep, professional understanding of PHP, Laravel, MariaDB/MySQL, HTML, (S)CSS and JavaScript Your responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical solutions Write and maintain clean, scalable PHP Laravel code Review code and ensure high development standards Guide technical decisions and drive development best practices Have ownership over features from conception to deployment Help define the product roadmap with real input and autonomy We offer a fun, liberated work environment. Core Responsibilities

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical solutions while writing and maintaining clean, scalable PHP Laravel code. Additionally, you will guide technical decisions, perform code reviews, and take ownership of features from conception to deployment.

Requirements

The role requires 3-4 years of professional software development experience with a deep understanding of PHP, Laravel, and database management. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
