Job Description

We are seeking a PMO Officer to join our team. The role focuses on resource and capacity planning, preparing quarterly reviews, and monitoring progress in Azure DevOps. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain resource and capacity plans. Prepare quarter transitions and quarterly reviews, ensuring all information is complete and up to date. Support the Portfolio Management team and the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) team in delivering results accurately and on time. Monitor progress, working agreements and quality standards in Azure DevOps. Continuously improve ways of working and help drive best practices. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant work experience and at least 1 year full‑time experience as a PMO Officer. Experience within the banking sector and/or the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain. Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps. Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management. Strong influencing skills, structured and proactive working style. Excellent command of Dutch and English (advanced C1/C2 level). Nice to have Interest in FEC topics, sanctions, AB&C and geopolitics. Experience in portfolio management and anti‑bribery initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

The PMO Officer is responsible for developing resource and capacity plans while monitoring project progress and quality standards within Azure DevOps. They also support the Portfolio Management and Anti-Bribery & Corruption teams by preparing quarterly reviews and driving best practices.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as a PMO Officer, with proficiency in Azure DevOps and the banking or FEC domain. Excellent command of both Dutch and English at a C1/C2 level is required.
