Finance as a pillar of our international growth The Finance team is at the foundation of our transformation. As a Financial Accountant, you will become the substantive driving force behind tight accounting, compliance and you will lay the foundation for high-quality data quality. You are responsible for an accurate balance sheet and P&L, taking the administration to a higher level and helping us prepare for the legal audit obligation. You work closely with the team and form the crucial link towards the Business Support team. We are not looking for someone who is wait-and-see, but a driven approacher who continuously thinks about process optimization and smarter, automated ways of working. All the responsibilities we entrust to you: You take full ownership of the accounting accuracy of the balance sheet and P&L of all our (international) entities. You play a major role in the monthly and annual closings and you ensure a streamlined process. You carry out the weekly payment runs and ensure that payments are always processed on time, correctly and in accordance with the guidelines. You ensure that we are and remain 100% compliant by independently taking care of the tax returns and CBS statements. You will help our organization prepare for the legal control obligation and support the preparation of files and the internal control for the audit. You think and actively participate in centralizing our administration and optimizing our financial workflows in Exact. You will participate in various improvement projects at the intersection of Finance and business. You see opportunities for setting up smarter processes or systems and help with their implementation. You support the further professionalization of our budgeting process, the rolling forecasts and working capital management. You use smart AI tools (such as Gemini) every day to automate repetitive work and increase your own productivity. Who you are You have gained at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar financial role. A completed college or university degree in the direction of Finance, Accounting, Control or Business Economics. You really show ownership: you don't rest until the balance is right, ask questions to understand the business and like to dive into the numbers to resolve inconsistencies. You think it's cool to help build professionalization, such as our centralization, workflow optimizations and preparing for the legal control obligation. You are available at least 32 to 40 hours per week. You have a good command of both Dutch and English in speech and writing. You have the ambition and drive to develop and grow yourself. You are a go-getter and doer, and know how to bring a good balance yourself in the important repetitive activities and initiatives to further optimize processes and activities. What we offer A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 based on full-time employment, depending on your experience and qualifications. A profit sharing scheme of €4,000 gross on an annual basis. 30 vacation days based on a 40-hour working week. Pension accrual where Seeders invest 5% and you can decide for yourself how much you want to contribute. Reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer for travel by car and 100% reimbursement of costs for public transport. Flexible working hours. A hybrid work location with the option to work from home, where our lively office in Zwolle is your home base. Core Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of the accounting accuracy for balance sheets and P&L while driving process optimization and automation. Additionally, you will support monthly/annual closings, tax compliance, and prepare the organization for legal audit obligations.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant financial experience and a completed college or university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive, tech-driven mindset.
