Job Overview We are opening a new store and are looking for an enthusiastic management team to join us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the store, build a strong team and create an exceptional customer experience from day one. For the opening of our new store, we are currently recruiting for the positions of Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, In-Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser. As part of our new management team, you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. Depending on your role, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall store operations or managing a specific department. You will make commercial decisions regarding product placement, team organisation and daily priorities to meet established objectives. As a Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the store’s operations, team, commercial performance and profitability. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the daily management of the store and take responsibility in all areas of the store. As an In-Store Manager, you will be present on the shop floor, leading and supporting the team while coordinating daily store operations. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be present on the shop floor, creating inspiring product presentations, implementing commercial guidelines and supporting the team in delivering an engaging customer experience. In each of these leadership roles, you will organise and develop your team, encourage collaboration and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will maintain open and flexible communication with the regional HR and Commercial teams and report to the relevant Store and Area Management. As this is a new store opening, you will also contribute to the preparation and successful launch of the store, helping to establish the team, working methods and store standards from the start. Main Responsibilities Store Operations Support the preparation and opening of the new store, ensuring a smooth and successful launch. Analyse and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are achieved throughout the store or assigned department. Ensure replenishment is completed in a timely and effective manner across all departments. Ensure that the store is merchandised according to the company’s standards and commercial guidelines, taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and the image of the brand. Plan schedules to ensure the correct coverage, taking into consideration the budget of hours provided by the HR Manager. Oversee the cleaning standards inside the store, ensuring they are in line with the company’s guidelines. Monitor the allocation of uniforms for Sales Assistants and Managers according to the company’s policy. HR Processes Help recruit, onboard and develop the team for the opening of the new store, ensuring that a fair selection process is followed. Respond to the ongoing recruitment needs of the store. Maintain constant, clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office, Store Management, Product Managers, Regional Managers and the HR team. Promote HR Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct in the store by sharing information with the team and leading by example. Develop the team through performance reviews and personal development plans and monitor their progression. Receive constructive feedback positively and use it productively to support your personal development and the development of the team. Foster and embed a diversity and inclusion culture and ensure an inclusive and respectful workplace for all. Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy. Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability commitments. What You Bring The ability to lead by example, motivate and develop employees. Initiative in identifying and addressing issues proactively. Strong organisational skills, with effective delegation and multitasking abilities. Strong numerical skills for managing budgets and performance metrics. An understanding of market trends, commercial dynamics and the competitor landscape. Previous experience in a customer service, supervisory or management role. The required level of experience will depend on the position. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch. Enthusiasm for building a new team and contributing to the opening and development of a new store. Requirements
