This is a role for a junior communicator who wants to help leading organisations make AI practical, human, and useful. You will create campaigns, content, learning materials, and communities that help thousands of employees understand what AI can do, build confidence, and change how they work. Our work reaches hundreds of thousands of employees. What types of projects will you work on? You will work on AI adoption programmes at large organisations, helping tens of thousands of employees move from curiosity to confidence. The programs have their own messaging, channels, visuals, and rhythm, running across intranets, newsletters, communities, narrowcasting screens, and internal social platforms at our clients. You (co)run masterclasses, workshops, lunch and learns, and the materials behind them. You help build and run the communities inside client organisations where people share what they are learning, find each other, and get recognised for the work they do. And you work on OrangeTrail marketing. Our own branding, LinkedIn, and website are made in-house. Your profile OrangeTrail works with leading brands, so we look for people with high standards, curiosity, perseverance, and the drive to keep improving. You do not need to arrive fully formed, but you do need the mentality to excel. You are junior (max 3 years of experience) in communication, content creation, or design. ou have a bachelor’s and/or master's. You are AI-native in how you work. You already use these tools because you understand they can make you more powerful and you have an interest in how technology can help us progress. You write well, and you can make something look good. You are comfortable in tools such as as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. You bring energy to a room and actively help create a great atmosphere with the people around you. You are fluent in English. Because we deliver globally, other languages are a plus. Because many of our clients are based in the Netherlands, native-level Dutch is required for this role. This is a fulltime role, based in Amsterdam, and we work hybrid with 3 office days. Where this role can go We are organised around two teams: a Change Management Team that builds adoption and change programmes, and an Agentic Team that develops use cases, agents, and AI-enabled business processes. You start in the Change Management Team, with room to grow toward agentic work, client ownership, or programme leadership as your skills and interests develop. We do not hand out seniority on a timetable. We give you real client work early, room to try things, colleagues who will teach you, and honest feedback. The package Depending on your expected contribution, you will earn between €2,600 and €3,100 gross per month. We pay 8% holiday allowance on your annual salary, paid monthly. If you sell work, you get a bonus (percentage is company confidential). When we are profitable and you've performed well you get a Christmas bonus. We work Hybrid with Mondays and Fridays mandatory days in the office and a day of your choice. We like to spend time together. Core Responsibilities

You will create campaigns, content, and learning materials to help employees at large organizations adopt and understand AI tools. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, manage internal communities, and contribute to the company's own marketing efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree and a maximum of 3 years of experience in communication, content, or design. Native-level Dutch and fluency in English are required, along with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma.
