At Delft Circuits, we're looking for an in house Recruiter who will help us find and attract the talent behind the future of quantum computing. We plan to double our team in the coming year. As our Recruiter, you'll own the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR, write engaging vacancies, actively source technical talent, guide candidates throughout the process, and help us continuously improve the way we recruit. You are part of our HR team and report to the CFO. What you bring: • At least three years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or high-tech environment • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing • Excellent English; a good command of Dutch is a strong plus • A proactive, structured and people-focused approach • An interest in technology and innovation What we offer: • 36 hours is full-time at Delft Circuits; strong preference for full-time, open to discussing 32 hours • Salary of € 48.938 – € 55.728 per year, including 8% holiday allowance • 30 vacation days and two training days per year • Hybrid working and flexible hours, to be agreed • CAO Metalektro & PME pension • Travel reimbursement • A one-year contract with the intention to offer a permanent contract • The opportunity to help grow a company at the forefront of quantum technology Apply via our website or email [email protected] and tell us why you're the right person to help grow our team. Core Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing technical talent and collaborating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will write engaging vacancies and guide candidates to help scale the team.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of recruitment experience, preferably within a technical or high-tech environment. Proficiency in English and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing are required.
