Job Description

Our Mission We turn data into better healthcare. Through our insights, we help make healthcare both more affordable and more effective. Your Impact and Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, you will focus on delivering insights into the use of medicines in real-world clinical practice (real-world data). In doing so, you will support data-driven decision-making and contribute to optimizing healthcare delivery. You will lead a variety of analyses and projects and translate results into tailored reports. Your responsibilities include: Project Management: Planning and executing research protocols developed in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies. You will design analyses, manage projects, and proactively monitor progress. This includes identifying dependencies and risks, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Maintaining effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, including pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and external partners. You will also coordinate and manage contributions from third parties. Healthcare Data Analysis: Monitoring medication use, analyzing treatment standards and care pathways, assessing therapy outcomes, and evaluating clinical and economic results for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. You will translate these insights into clear reports and dashboards. Governance and Quality Assurance: Establishing appropriate project governance and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality analyses, products, and services within agreed timelines and budgets. Coaching and Mentoring: Coaching and supporting junior colleagues while actively contributing to a portfolio of international projects. As part of the Real World Data Team, with a focus on Life Sciences projects, you will deliver products, analyses, reports, and impact programs to a wide range of clients, including hospitals, health insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. You will help answer key questions such as: Which patient populations are eligible for new medicines, and what impact will these have on healthcare budgets? How are medicines used in daily clinical practice, and what is the uptake of newly introduced treatments? What are the real-world clinical and patient outcomes, and how do these compare with results from clinical trials? The Team The Real World Data Team is growing rapidly and continuously evolving. A key focus area of the team is generating insights into the use and effectiveness of (high-cost) medicines. Due to an aging population, increasing medication use, and the introduction of new therapies, healthcare costs are expected to continue rising. To keep these costs manageable, in-depth insight into the actual effects of medicines is essential. The data, analyses, and dashboards developed by the Real World Data Team provide valuable support in achieving this objective. Your Profile Completed university degree (MSc) in a biomedical, quantitative, technical, or scientific discipline. At least 9 years of relevant professional experience, for example in (strategy) consulting, project management, market access, medical affairs, or analytics, preferably within or related to the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in a client-facing role. Results-oriented, structured, and pragmatic approach to work. Experience working with international clients and international teams. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent command of both Dutch and English. Why LOGEX? An attractive compensation and benefits package, including salary, holiday allowance, an NS Business Card, and phone and internet reimbursement. 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment), with the option to purchase additional days.
