Job Description

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local GAAP and/or IFRS. Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances. 2. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate laws, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax) and respond to queries from government authorities. 3. Taxation Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax returns. Calculate tax provisions. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. 4. Controlling & Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the country. Analyze variances and provide commentary on financial performance. Track and control operating expenses and capital expenditures. 5. Cash & Treasury Management Monitor bank accounts and manage cash flow needs. Liaise with banks for treasury operations, forex transactions, and local financing arrangements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding requests. 6. Process Improvement & Internal Controls Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and procedures. Suggest and implement process improvements for greater efficiency. Any other area management will include as per requirement. Need to handle Turkey Branch Accounts also. Flexible and willing to travel to Turkey whenever required . Qualificatio Bachelor's degree in Accounts / Finance with 2-3 years Netherlands Accounting experience. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 2-3 years of experience in Netherlands accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English and local languages are required, with travel to Turkey expected.
