Deliver operational excellence through monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive issue prevention. Provide third-line technical support, owning complex incidents and problems through to resolution. Maintain cloud backup, recovery, and business continuity capabilities, including participation in recovery testing exercises. Support cloud migration projects, platform modernisation initiatives, and cloud transformation programmes. Collaborate with development and application teams to improve deployment processes, CI/CD integrations, and operational readiness. Contribute to container and Kubernetes environments, helping optimise platform reliability and scalability. Ensure cloud environments remain secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
