Would you like to connect directly with consumers while working across marketing, content and social media — and help shape how expectant and new parents experience MAM? About the role We are looking for a Marketing and Consumer Coordinator to join our Benelux team. In this broad and varied role, you will support consumers, customers and healthcare partners while contributing to MAM’s local marketing activities in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will respond to questions, feedback and complaints from consumers through email, online platforms and social media. You will also support retail customers and healthcare partners and coordinate with our international Quality Management Team when needed. Alongside the consumer-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to local campaigns, partnerships and influencer collaborations. You will create and localize content, help maintain our content calendar and engage with our online community. Consumer insights will be used to make our communication and marketing more relevant. You will also support practical coordination, including samples, smaller orders, local stock monitoring and events. As part of a small team, activities will be prioritized with the Marketing Manager according to current business needs. Who are we looking for? You are service-minded, empathetic and organized, with a genuine passion for consumers, communication and content. You enjoy working independently, take initiative and understand that every interaction contributes to how consumers and customers experience our brand. A relevant degree and/or 2–4 years of experience in consumer care, marketing, communications, social media or customer service. Strong writing skills and a good eye for engaging visual content. Experience with Instagram and TikTok, and an interest in Pinterest and emerging content trends. Experience with Canva or similar tools Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong advantage. A strong affinity with pregnancy, babies and parenting, and the ability to genuinely relate to the needs and experiences of expectant and new parents. What do we offer? Requirements
