Reference 26000K8L Responsibilities Mission: Client relationship and coverage support activities in three categories: Relationship management Organize, participate in client calls and meetings working along with senior bankers / relationship managers Develop the relationship of clients as per the assigned portfolio, developing close coordination with business lines Along with the CCO, identify, market and develop M&A, acquisition or asset disposal associated with our client portfolio, including exit strategies that may lead to potential market listings Log clients contact reports, calls and follow up actions, working together with the appropriate business lines and relationship managers Maintain active and two-way communication with all stakeholders (client, relationship managers, business lines, OPER & CRE) Provide presentations, pitch documents, client information & research, press reviews and all other material needed ahead of client’s meetings, deal negotiations and management reporting Prepare Briefing Notes for Senior Management's visits to clients in collaboration with the Relationship Managers) Contribute to the budget exercise and business reviews. Application: CBC, Onboarding (Breathing exercise) reviews, among other Analytical and reporting support Review and management of Net Banking Income (NBI) and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA)reported for the clients of the portfolio, with participation in the correction and forecast campaigns. Applications: C-Profit, SG Markets/Financing platform Review and management of the reporting of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) for CBA transactions of the portfolio booked in SG Amsterdam. Application: CPM Review and management of the client database for clients of the portfolio, in liaison with KYC analyst. Applications:BDR, RCT, Maestro, SG Markets Middle-office for CBA transactions Prepare the client profitability overview in the appropriate applications and calculations of deal profitability, including simulations in the financing platform and CBC (Client Business Case) application Tasks and responsibilities: Operational objectives Know, apply and control the CBA facilities, using relevant applications (internally & externally) Process and control of the portfolio bookings, including control of operationalrisks (risk objective) and with the applicable up-dates in the applications such as the Financing platform (i.e. final details of deals on signing date, and performing all controls including on reputational, sustainability, country limit and utilization/drawn down requests Provide reliable, punctual and accurate figures and reporting for client NBI and for the RWA of CBA deals, and maintain an up-to-date view of clients in SG’s client databases/applications MNC client relationships working closely with PCRUs Organize, participate in client calls and meetings working along with business lines and in close coordination with PCRUs Promptly logging client call reports, actions and follow up actions with the client and all applicable internal stakeholders Operate at all times with the highest standard of care (and in compliance with all SG policies and procedures) in strict respect of the SG code of conduct to ensure protection of the SG franchise from the risks of doing client business, including, but not limited to: Credit risk (proper analysis, monitoring and follow up) Reputation risk (including ESG) Regulatory risk Fraud (and other criminal activity including money laundering, corruption and bribery) Execution errors and possible commercial disputes with our clients or other parties Analyze the clients' ESG strategy including green/sustainable financing frameworks if any, identify their key ESG topics and propose action plans to be addressed with BLs/experts to answer and anticipate the clients' need Contribute actively to industry Focus Groups and SHIFT Program Demonstrate highest standards of conduct and behavior Meeting Compliance's and Business Lines policies and procedures, and when interacting with market counterparties, clients and colleagues Ensure that deadlines for compulsory tasks are met, including completion of all requested regulatory trainings within the due deadline (with the proper level of quality) Contribute, as may be requested, to the Run the Bank Program Contribute to the data quality: Update the Transaction Check List on an ongoing basis and make sure that all processes have been validated by the deal leader in the Financing Platform Declare consistent and updated NBI and RWA estimates for CBA activities Ensure that the description of the transaction in the KYC memo is accurate at onboarding - and at reviews once the KYC Memo will be shared with the PCRU Ensure appropriate secondary roles are added when on-boarding a new counterparty or when using an existing client as such Ensure that clients with whom there is no more business relationship and no intention to enter into new businesses are off-boarded Required Profile required Language skills: Fluent in English and Dutch French is considered an asset Technical, operational & Soft skills: Solid knowledge of banking and finance Experience in financial modelling and M&A valuation Strong adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Proactive problem-solving mindset Commitment to continuous improvement through regular feedback Team-oriented approach, including active involvement in onboarding and supporting new colleagues Why join us Société Générale Netherlands is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path. Core Responsibilities

They are responsible for operational tasks including risk management, reporting on NBI and RWA, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ESG policies.

Requirements

Candidates must possess solid knowledge of banking and finance, with specific experience in financial modelling and M&A valuation. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, while French is considered an asset.
