Marketing & Sales Intern Social Media · Content Creation · Business Development Remote | Flexible working hours About Tiny Creators Club Tiny Creators Club is a creative content company that helps brands produce high-quality photography, video, and social media content. We are a small, internationally oriented team working across marketing, content creation, photography and branding. Because of our size, interns work closely with the team and get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of marketing and sales. The internship We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern interested in social media, content creation, and lead generation. You will help us strengthen our presence on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, while also supporting our commercial activities and helping us connect with potential clients. It is a flexible and remote internship with room to explore different aspects of marketing and develop skills based on your own interests. What will you be doing? • Create content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels. • Design and edit visual content using Canva or similar tools. • Help develop new ideas for posts, videos and campaigns. • Research brands and potential clients, and help identify new business opportunities. • Send personalised commercial emails and calls. • Help us improve our sales and outreach approach. • Learn how marketing, content and sales work together within a small creative business. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: • Has a good command of Dutch and is proficient in English. • Is interested in marketing, social media and/or sales. • Is comfortable using Canva or similar content editing tools. • Enjoys communicating with people and is willing to develop sales skills. • Is curious and willing to learn. • Can adapt quickly and take initiative. • Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, while being in close communication with the team. Previous professional experience is not required. Motivation, creativity and willingness to learn are more important to us. Personalised training As a small team, we can adapt part of the internship to the areas you would most like to develop. Depending on your interests, we can provide training and practical guidance in areas such as: • Social media marketing • Content creation • Canva and visual content design • Digital marketing • Sales and lead generation • Commercial communication • Website and online marketing • Other relevant marketing skills You will have regular one-to-one contact with the team to discuss your work, receive feedback and develop your skills. Sales commissions Tiny Creators Club cannot compete with large companies and offer high internship allowances, but there is an opportunity to earn commissions based on successful sales generated through your commercial activities. Strong performance can therefore lead to additional compensation. Core Responsibilities

You will create content for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok while designing visual assets using tools like Canva. Additionally, you will support commercial activities by researching potential clients, conducting outreach, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a good command of Dutch and English and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. No previous professional experience is required, but a strong motivation, creativity, and a willingness to learn are essential.
