Job Description
We're hiring: Customer Service Admin Support in the heart of Rotterdam! In this role, you'll ensure smooth customer service operations by managing invoicing, order administration, reporting, and customer requests while working closely with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Manage invoicing, credits, and re-invoicing Support order processing and customer requests Maintain accurate financial records and reporting Prepare Certificates of Origin and NVWA statements Analyze data and improve workflows and processes Act as a link between customers, logistics, and internal teams What you bring: Experience in customer service, administration, or financial support Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Independent and proactive working style Excellent communication skills Fluent English (Dutch is a plus) What we offer: Competitive salary 13th-month salary 30 vacation days Fully paid pension 1 work-from-home day per week Development opportunities in an international environment Interested?
