If you excel at driving timelines, aligning diverse vendors, and managing complex site-level deployments for a single dedicated client, step in and take charge of execution from start to finish. What you will do as a Logistics Operations Project Manager As a Logistics Operations Project Manager, you will Lead logistics business processes, technology integration, and change management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will align operations, oversee WMS upgrades, and collaborate with 3PL partners to optimize network performance and meet key client metrics. Key Responsibilities Operations & Alignment: Drive daily stand-ups, manage tactical requests, and align multi-site operations to balance high transaction volumes. 3PL & Supplier Management: Work with external 3PLs to resolve inbound/outbound discrepancies, clear aging orders, and mitigate network constraints. Performance & KPIs: Track shipments and high-volume automated transactions to consistently achieve target KPIs and OKRs. Project Execution: Monitor timelines, hardware deployment, and special project milestones; support stability during WMS upgrades. Process & Escalations: Oversee packaging, scrap, and Dangerous Goods (DG) processes. Lead audits and resolve escalated operational risks with site leadership. You will work with a team of about 10-15 people that are working dedicated on one our key accounts. What we are looking for We are looking for a senior logistics professional who can take ownership, solve complex operational problems and confidently manage multiple stakeholders. Experience: 6+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, and KPI tracking; 4+ years leading logistics projects. 3PL & Operations: Proven track record managing 3PL partners, addressing bottlenecks, and supporting high-volume or customized logistics. Systems & Tools: Proficient in WMS (SAP preferred), Smartsheet, and Google Workspace. Problem Solving & Analytics: Strong data-driven mindset to analyze performance, define requirements, and execute corrective actions. Stakeholder & Adaptation: Confident communicator in multicultural environments; adaptable and willing to travel within Europe occasionally. Mindset: Positive, highly proactive owner who takes full accountability from start to finish and thrives on solving complex problems. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires over 6 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control, with at least 4 years leading logistics projects. Proficiency in WMS (preferably SAP) and strong stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments are essential.
