She decided to redesign this essential item for parents - leading to the creation of Studio Noos, named after her son, Noah aka Noos. Today, Studio Noos is about much more than combining functionality and style. With a timeless collection of Mom Bags, changing mats, pouches, backpacks, and other matching essentials, Studio Noos inspires parents and children to make the most of their day, go on adventures together, and create memories for life. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to accelerate our (international) growth. Someone who excels in both paid social and paid search, and enjoys building, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns hands-on. You’ll be a part of our e-commerce team and work closely with brand, operations and CRM to create campaigns that not only drive reach but - most importantly - deliver results. A hands-on role with plenty of room for impact, speed, and creativity. What you’ll do 1. Paid Social (Meta & TikTok) Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Build strong testing structures: audiences, creative variations, funnels, and bidding strategies Brief and test creatives in collaboration with the brand team Analyze performance per country and steer on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and growth 2. Google Ads Manage and optimize Google campaigns, i.e. Search, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max Optimize and use feeds, targeting, signals, and automation effectively Build scalable campaign structures across multiple countries Identify opportunities in search behavior, product performance, and brand strategy 3. Analysis, testing & trading Translate daily/weekly performance analyses into clear learnings Work in short growth sprints to quickly gather insights and apply them Collaborate with CRM to activate the right audiences and strengthen funnel steps Work with e-commerce on landing page optimization and CRO Use AI tools to build smarter campaigns, optimize faster, and scale testing Work with attribution tools to allocate budgets effectively across channels and markets Trade per market: budget allocation, product focus, and growth optimization Experiment with new features and platform updates Who you are You have 2 - 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or paid search You have proven experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads You are data-driven but also understand brand and creative You love testing, learning, optimizing - and feel confident making decisions You’re analytical, structured, and proactive You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Experience in e-commerce or D2C is a plus, and familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon is beneficial. Requirements

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing with proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads. You must be analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
