Together, you'll ensure the restaurant runs smoothly every day. You'll lead the team, motivate colleagues, and foster a working atmosphere where everyone excels. From a perfect Big Mac to a smile at the cash register, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly. In this role, you'll be a leader not only on the floor but also behind the scenes. You'll contribute to annual plans, keep a close eye on the figures, and ensure everything is operational and financially sound. Requirements

Deelnemers ontwikkelen zich van Management Trainee tot Restaurant Manager. Gemiddeld neemt dit 4,5 jaar in beslag. In dit werk- en leerproces ontwikkelen de toekomstige Restaurant Managers Business Planning vaardigheden om een businessplan te ontwikkelen dat overeenstemt met de restaurantdoelstellingen. Die doelen zijn afgeleid van het algemene businessplan van McDonald’s: 'Plan to Win'. In de verschillende cursussen die ze doorlopen, leren deelnemers op een actieve manier verschillende managementvaardigheden te ontwikkelen. Zelfontplooiing gaat hand in hand met werkplezier. Een gemiddeld McDonald’s restaurant heeft een managementteam van 6 á 10 managers en 60 tot 120 medewerkers.
