Vacature: Senior constructeur Locatie: Kwintsheul/Nederland (hyrbide) Uren: Fulltime (40 uur) Over Blossem Group Blossem Group ontwikkelt en transformeert bestaand vastgoed met oog voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendigheid. Wij realiseren renovatie- en transformatieprojecten waarbij bestaande gebouwen een nieuwe functie krijgen of worden gemoderniseerd. Van zorgvastgoed tot wooncomplexen en huurappartementen: wij zorgen ervoor dat gebouwen niet alleen mooi zijn, maar ook technisch doordacht en toekomstbestendig zijn. We werken samen aan projecten die vragen om vakmanschap, betrokkenheid en een praktische aanpak. De rol Als Constructeur bij Blossem Group werk je aan renovatie-, transformatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de bestaande bouw. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, berekenen en uitwerken van constructieve oplossingen en werkt zelfstandig aan projecten in verschillende fasen van ontwerp en voorbereiding. Jouw werkzaamheden • Opstellen van constructieve berekeningen en uitwerken van tekeningen in Revit en AutoCAD. • Beoordelen van bestaande constructies en ontwerpen van constructieve oplossingen voor renovatie en transformatieprojecten. • Werken volgens de BIM-methodiek en afstemmen met projectleiders, architecten, aannemers en adviseurs. • Adviseren over technische haalbaarheid, uitvoerbaarheid en constructieve optimalisaties. Jouw profiel • Minimaal een hbo-opleiding Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbare constructieve opleiding. • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als constructeur, bij voorkeur met grotere renovatie-, transformatie- of andere bestaande bouwprojecten. • Ervaring met constructieve berekeningen, BIM en het werken in Revit en AutoCAD. • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen projecten. The role As a Structural Engineer at Blossem Group, you will work on renovation, transformation and sustainability projects within existing buildings. You will be responsible for designing, calculating and detailing structural solutions while working independently throughout different project phases. Your responsibilities • Prepare structural calculations and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. • Assess existing structures and develop structural solutions for renovation and transformation projects. • Work within a BIM environment and coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors and consultants. • Advise on technical feasibility, constructability and structural optimizations. Your profile • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Civil Engineering or a comparable structural engineering discipline. • At least 5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, preferably on larger renovation, transformation or existing-building projects. • Experience with structural calculations, BIM, Revit and AutoCAD. • Able to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
