About Coolset Coolset is the ESG & supply chain platform for compliance-first teams. We help companies like Stage Entertainment, Australian Gold and Karl Lagerfeld measure, manage and improve their sustainability disclosures, simplifying complex regulations to enable real impact. Founded in 2022 and backed by a remarkable group of early-stage investors, we’re a fast-growing company of 20 ambitious engineers, designers, researchers and commercial talent based in Amsterdam. Your role As a sustainability marketing Intern, you'll work on how we show up in the market, from the content people read, to the emails they receive, to the events they attend. You'll work closely with our commercial team to bring Coolset and our expertise to the market - covering the full marketing mix including content, email, social, designs and events. You will be creating, publishing and iterating on real work from day one, with direct input into how we grow. Your responsibilities include Content creation – Write and publish articles, guides and other long-form content that helps our audience understand complex sustainability regulations. You'll brainstorm topics, brief formats, and own pieces end-to-end Email & newsletter marketing - Build, manage and send newsletters and marketing email campaigns, including managing lists, segments and forms Social media – Draft and schedule posts (primarily LinkedIn), develop a consistent content rhythm, and experiment to find what resonates Visual & promo assets – Create supporting visuals including banners, ad creatives and event materials using design tools Events & webinars – Support the organisation and promotion of webinars, and help bring new event formats to life AI and automations – Automate repetitive tasks where possible, so you and the team can focus on the parts where our input is most valuable Channel discovery – Actively look for new distribution opportunities - communities, partnerships, platforms - and run experiments across these channels General GTM support – Pitch in wherever it moves the needle Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (marketing, communications, sustainability, entrepreneurship or similar) or recently graduated - but background matters less than the qualities below Independent, proactive and genuinely curious Strong verbal and written communicator in English Comfortable with tools and technology, you pick things up quickly and enjoy figuring things out An eye for good design and clear communication Affinity with sustainability topics is a big plus Based in or around Amsterdam Benefits €500 per month on a full-time basis Free daily vegetarian lunch with the team – Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays in office A unique opportunity to work at a high-growth, innovative start-up making a tangible environmental impact The chance to be an integral part of the commercial team, working directly shaping the future of sustainability compliance Application process The application process consists of: A video call with someone from the commercial team A case study to assess your strategic and tactical approach A final conversation with our CEO After the final conversation, if there's a match we'll make an offer within 24 hours. Requirements

Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, or entrepreneurship. Strong English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an eye for design are essential.
