In this Electronics Development Technician role, you support the development of advanced electronic systems in a hightech R&D environment. This is more than a traditional lab technician role. You'll combine hands-on laboratory work with hardware validation, technical troubleshooting, and engineering support activities, working closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle. What you’ll be doing as an Electronics Development Technician: Supporting daily operations of an electronics development laboratory Building, assembling, modifying, and reworking electronic prototypes and PCBAs Performing soldering and BGA component replacement Performing electrical measurements, hardware validation, and board-level testing Reading and interpreting electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation Preparing hardware, tools, and equipment for laboratory and development activities Managing laboratory inventory, components, consumables, and equipment logistics Coordinating calibration activities for laboratory equipment Supporting procurement of electronic components and prototype material Taking initiative to identify issues, propose improvements, and support engineering activities proactively What you need to be successful as an Electronics Development Technician: Technical degree in Electronics or similar Hands-on experience within an electronics development, validation, or R&D environment Strong practical experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and electronic hardware handling Experience supporting semiconductor, embedded electronics, or high-tech hardware development environments Experience coordinating PBC manufacturing suppliers, prototype builds, or engineering logistics Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB documentation Familiarity with oscilloscopes, power analysers, multimeters, signal generators, and other laboratory equipment Exposure to validation engineering or product verification activities Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of laboratory activities Structured and practical working style Strong communication and teamwork skill Why join us? Requirements

A technical degree in Electronics or a related field is required, along with hands-on experience in an R&D or hardware development environment. You must possess strong practical skills in soldering, PCB assembly, and the use of laboratory testing equipment.
