Job Description
Production & Logistics Coordinator 32–40 hours | Hooks Creative | Haarlem Hooks Creative is growing! That's why we're looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our team. About Hooks Creative BV Hooks Creative designs, sources and produces premium hangers, displays, fixtures, props and POS materials for the fashion & retail industry. Everything a brand or retailer needs to create the right in-store experience and bring their story to life. Our in-house design team develops everything fully custom-made, working closely with our international production partners. Our slogan: Every Object. Every Store. One Partner. We work for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Vans, Timberland, Versace, Lacoste, Karl Lagerfeld, Levi's, and many more. Why we think this is a great role “What makes this role exciting is that we work with some of the most beautiful brands out there, and we create and produce an incredibly wide range of products. What we build together with our design team and production partners ends up in stores all over the world. And you made that happen. Walk into a store in Paris one day, spot our own product, and that’s the moment it hits you.” Mark Marchand, General Manager What you'll do Once an order is confirmed, you take over and make sure everything runs smoothly from production through to final delivery. You keep all details, deadlines and parties aligned, and make sure both the client and our team always know exactly where things stand. Day to day, that means: Turning order confirmations into complete, production-ready files. The right logo, the right colour code, the right quantities and specifications. Every detail needs to be correct. Owning the details that make or break production: technical drawings, colour codes, box labels, invoice and delivery addresses and everything in between. Staying on top of production: following progress closely, requesting photos and updates, identifying potential delays and keeping the client informed. Keeping the overall timeline and agreed delivery date in view throughout the process and adjusting course whenever something changes. Coordinating the international logistics chain from production to final delivery: packing lists, shipment documentation, registrations, close contact with our forwarders and final delivery coordination with the client. Taking care of FSC documentation, EUDR compliance and delivery reporting, and helping us further develop these processes. Looking for ways to make things better: streamlining processes, scouting new suppliers and applying AI wherever it can make our work smarter or more efficient. You'll work closely with our Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator, who manages the front end of the process: pricing, quotations and order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, you take over the production and delivery process. Together, you cover the full journey from first enquiry to delivered product. Who you are You'll probably recognize yourself here: You already have experience in order processing, logistics or production coordination. The fundamentals are familiar to you, so you can quickly take ownership of your own projects. You're the person who spots the detail others might miss. Structure and precision come naturally to you. You're independent and comfortable taking responsibility, but you also enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team. You communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and international production partners. An interest in compliance and reporting is a plus. Experience with FSC or EUDR isn't required, but an interest in turning these topics into clear processes definitely helps. You're comfortable working in an international environment, with suppliers, forwarders and clients across different countries and time zones. You're available for at least 32 hours a week, with full-time (40 hours) preferred. Friday is a fixed office day either way. What we offer A role with real ownership within a close-knit, small team. The opportunity to work on products and projects for leading international fashion and retail brands. Working from our office in Haarlem; a fixed work-from-home day is possible for a full-time contract. The opportunity to visit our international production partners several times a year, giving you a first-hand look at where and how the products you coordinate are made. The flexibility to work remotely from abroad for up to two weeks per year. Salary indication: €3,400–€3,800 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience and pro-rated for a part-time contract. Laptop and mobile phone. A company pension plan as part of your employment package. A freshly prepared team lunch every day. Interested? About Hooks Creative
Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion
Company size: 11-50 employees
Hooks Creative turns retail details into brand-defining experiences. We are the creative execution partner for premium fashion and lifestyle brands. We design, develop and deliver the elements that shape how a brand is felt in store. Hangers, packaging, displays, materials, custom retail solutions. The details that make a retail moment. Alongside custom design and production, we source the objects that complete retail environments. Furniture, lighting, decorative props, seasonal concepts, printed materials, window stickers, installations. Every layer of the in-store experience, considered as part of one coherent brand story. Whether sourced, developed or designed from scratch. We don't just respond to briefs. We bring ideas forward. We explore materials, introduce new possibilities and find new ways to express a brand. The creativity here is proactive. Not only a solution, but a source of what comes next. Retail is built on moments. Moments are built on details. A hook, a box, a bag, a light fixture, a display. When each one is made with care, every object becomes a storyteller. What sets us apart is how we work. Creative intelligence and commercial clarity. Design sensitivity and operational discipline. Everything we make is beautiful, buildable, scalable and reliable. We work as part of our partners' teams. Warm, open and pragmatic. Global in reach, personal in touch. Every object. Every store. One partner.
