Requirements What You'll Do Support our HR Team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks Assist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviews Provide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-ups Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts Contribute to the coordination of the company's 360° performance review process Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed What You'll Need Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to solve problems proactively High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable working in English and Dutch Who You Are You thrive in an international, fast-moving environment. Core Responsibilities

Support the HR team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks, including probation reviews and employee inquiries. Assist in maintaining HR documentation, organizational charts, and the 360-degree performance review process.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Must be proficient in English and Dutch with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
