What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage to maximize satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to deliver delight. Manage inquiries across channels (phone, email, chat, social), resolving issues efficiently and empathetically. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Compliance) to share customer insights and advocate for improvements. Track customer feedback and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer journey. Support knowledge base content, FAQs, and resources that empower customers to self-serve effortlessly. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer support, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in product-focused environment, and familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with active listening and clear explanation abilities. Native / Fluent in German, both written and verbal. Experience in B2B environments is required; working for manufactures or distribution channel or equivalent. Strong passion for delivering remarkable experiences, building customer relationships, and solving problems with a calm, positive approach. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Quick to learn new tools and technology (e.g., CRM, ERP, help desk platforms). Requirements
