As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our Transformation Management Consulting practice in the Netherlands. About The Role Our Transformation Management Consulting practice is seeking a Consulting Manager with expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with focus on Learning & Development. In this role, you will make an impact by leading the Learning & Development workstream for large-scale transformation programs, helping clients drive user adoption and business readiness during complex technology implementations. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management practice and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project leadership, business users, and offshore delivery teams. A key focus of this role will be supporting a major transformation program within one of our clients, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering training strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. In This Role, You Will Lead the Training workstream for a large-scale lending platform implementation within the banking sector. Conduct Training Needs Analyses and assess organizational capability gaps to define effective learning and adoption strategies. Design role-based learning curricula and training journeys tailored to different stakeholder groups and business functions. Drive the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions in Dutch. Coordinate and mentor offshore training content development, ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of training materials. Measure training effectiveness through defined KPIs, learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes, recommending corrective actions where required. Collaborate with communication and change management teams to align learning initiatives with broader transformation objectives. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership and OCM stakeholders. Work Model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring approximately 2-3 days per week at a client or Cognizant office in Utrecht, Netherlands. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. These may change depending on project needs, client requirements, and business priorities. What You Must Have To Be Considered Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with the ability to develop and deliver business training, learning content, and stakeholder communications in Dutch. 6-8+ years of consulting, organizational change management, learning and development experience. Proven experience leading training workstreams within large-scale business or technology transformation programs. Experience conducting training needs analyses and designing role-based curricula for complex organizational environments. Strong experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and project deliverables in fast-paced transformation environments. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery resources. Experience working with enterprise clients within regulated industries, preferably Banking or Financial Services. Master’s degree in business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong project planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel as required by client engagements. These Will Help You Succeed Experience supporting lending, retail banking, payments, or financial services technology implementations. Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or similar change management certifications. Learning and Development certifications or instructional design qualifications. Experience with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and learning analytics Experience contributing to business development activities, proposals, and RFP responses. Experience coaching and developing consultants and project team members Experience working within global onsite-offshore delivery models. Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires 6-8+ years of experience in consulting, OCM, and L&D, with fluency in both Dutch and English. Candidates must have a Master's degree and proven experience leading training workstreams in complex, regulated environments.
