Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Inspector who loves details, enjoys solving problems, and wants their work to have a real impact on people and the planet. You will join our site in Son, Netherlands, and work closely with production, logistics, and quality colleagues. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in making sure our products meet our high standards and keep our customers happy. You will be the “quality guardian” on site, checking products, investigating issues, and helping teams improve processes. Your work will directly support our focus on innovation, environmental responsibility, and ethical business. What You Will Do In this role, you will spend most of your time on the shop floor and in the warehouse, checking products, documenting findings, and supporting improvements. You will be involved from incoming materials to finished goods, making sure everything is produced and delivered according to specifications. Perform visual and measurement checks on materials and finished products Record inspection results in our systems and keep documentation up to date Identify non-conformities and support root cause analysis with the team Work closely with production to prevent recurring quality issues Support continuous improvement actions and follow up on corrective measures Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors about risks and findings What you bring You enjoy working with clear standards, and you notice details that others might miss. You are curious, you like to ask questions, and you are not afraid to raise your hand when something does not look right. Experience in a production, logistics, or industrial environment will help you feel at home quickly. 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a similar operational role Basic understanding of quality concepts and practical use of checklists and measurements Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Good communication skills in English; Dutch skills are a plus but not required Ability to work independently, take ownership, and stay calm under time pressure A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes Why you will enjoy working here You will join an international company with more than 75 years of experience in sustainable packaging and supply chain optimization.
