Role Description We're hiring a Venture Engineer who can sit in the room while a client's belief is still half-formed and ship the system that tests it before the meeting is cold. You'll move between two or more of Limineer's ventures at a time, building the architecture, data model, and infrastructure that let each one earn its place - or die honestly - faster than any single engineer working alone could manage. Qualifications Product and venture building skills, including experience taking ideas from discovery through prototyping, validation, and early-stage launch. Technical engineering skills, such as software development, rapid prototyping, and working with modern tools and frameworks suitable for early-stage products. Structured experimentation and research skills, including hypothesis design, market testing, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making. Stakeholder and collaboration skills, including clear communication, the ability to work with non-technical partners, and comfort operating inside large organizations. Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for working in ambiguous environments and breaking complex challenges into testable components. Prior experience in startups, venture building, product engineering, or innovation teams is highly beneficial. Comfort with working remotely and willingness to engage directly with clients and end users. Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, product management, or a related discipline. Core Responsibilities

You will build the architecture, data models, and infrastructure for multiple ventures simultaneously to test market hypotheses rapidly. You will work directly with clients to transform half-formed ideas into investable ventures through evidence-based experimentation.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in product and venture building, including software development and rapid prototyping. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguous, large-scale organizational environments are essential.
