About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of global customer rollouts, software implementation projects, and strategic internal initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless project experience from planning through customer acceptance. As an Expert Project Management Global Accounts, you will take ownership of international implementation and rollout projects, coordinating internal teams, Sales Companies, external partners, and customers across multiple countries. Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead project kick-offs and ensure clear communication throughout all project phases. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management and steering committees. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Define and manage acceptance criteria together with technical, functional, and commercial stakeholders. Secure customer acceptance of project deliverables and implementation phases. Manage project budgets, costs, and invoicing related to rollouts, implementations, logistics, training, and consulting services. Support monthly closing processes, including accrual management and cost tracking. Stakeholder & Resource Coordination Act as the single point of contact between Kyocera and global customers during project execution. Coordinate activities with Sales Companies, client managers, implementation teams, external vendors, and service providers. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders. Ensure documentation, agreements, and project records are maintained accurately. Manage Statements of Work and service agreements related to project delivery. Business Growth & Continuous Improvement Identify customer needs and potential business opportunities during project engagements. Monitor project scope and proactively manage change requests. Support effort estimations, pricing, and cost calculations for new projects and service extensions. Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen project management practices across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree including a minimum 5 years of professional work experience. At least 2 years of project management experience. Experience in the printing industry, ICT, consulting, logistics, or a comparable international business environment is highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional project teams. Fluent professional English communication skills.
