ERP Application Manager A Perfect Fit We are looking for a proactive, hands-on ERP Application Manager to join our IT team. You are just as comfortable picking up a hands-on support question from employees as you are stepping back to prioritize, structure and improve how we work with our ERP system. In this role, you own the functional side of our ERP landscape end to end. You will report into the IT Manager. Key Responsibilities Stakeholders & Projects Be the main point of contact for key users and store managers on ERP-related questions and escalations, and facilitate key-user sessions. Act as functional ERP owner in projects: coordinate project activities together with our external ERP partner and make sure agreements and documentation are in place. Identify opportunities to improve how the business uses the ERP and initiate improvements. Training, Access & Compliance Build and validate the training program for new and existing users together with key users. Define ERP access roles and ensure proper segregation of duties. Translate identified data quality issues into concrete actions with key users. Data, Reporting & Vendor Management Coordinate the follow-up on data quality issues and help the business get better insight into their data. Manage the relationship with our external ERP partner: own the SLA, the roadmap and act as the escalation point for vendor issues. Keep an overview of daily system synchronizations (e.g. PowerBI, marketplace and e-commerce integrations) and coordinate fixes with vendors when something breaks. Functional Support & Ticket Management Handle incoming ERP tickets end to end, from simple user questions to complex functional issues or improvements Set priorities and keep users informed with clear, timely communication. Continuous Improvement & Escalations Own escalations, coordinate the resolution and keep the IT Manager informed where needed. Spot recurring issues, analyze the patterns behind them and translate this into concrete improvements and a roadmap. Signal opportunities to use new technology, including AI, to make ERP-related processes smarter and more efficient. Documentation, Testing & Releases Define the structure and format for documentation and user manuals, and keep them complete and up to date. Coordinate testing of ERP changes and releases together with our external ERP partner, execute test cases yourself and own the test plan and go-live for major releases with our ERP key users. Experience What We're Looking For Solid, hands-on experience in ERP application management, functional application management, or a similar business application role. Comfortable both resolving day-to-day support questions and taking ownership of structure, priorities and improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Itsperfect is a plus, as is experience in fashion. Affinity with data and an interest in using AI to optimize processes is a plus. Skills Strong at bringing structure to documentation and processes, even in an environment with many connected systems and loose ends. Proactive and enthusiastic – this is a must. You don't wait for a problem to escalate; you spot it and act. Good communication skills, with at least a good command of English, given the collaboration with stores across five countries.
