Job Description

What if the next product you owned improved working life across an entire international organisation. Triodos Bank is bringing HR strategy, co-worker needs, processes, data and technology into one coherent product landscape. As Product Manager, you will own a strategically important product area and play an important role in the move towards an integrated global HR platform. You will define direction, guide delivery and ensure that new capabilities are adopted and valued by co-workers and managers. This is not a role in which you inherit a finished product and maintain a predictable roadmap. We are still developing our way of working. You will have the opportunity to create clarity, bring structure and establish product direction, while being involved in a full HR platform implementation from the very beginning. How you will make a difference You will be part of a wider OneHR transformation programme, supported by programme management, business experts, technology colleagues, implementation partners and external specialists. Your focus is on the product and technology: setting a clear direction and ensuring that data from legacy systems is migrated reliably into the new platform and workflows. The challenge is to make clear product choices in a regulated, international and complex environment. Country needs, HR priorities, data, technology dependencies and risk requirements will not always point in the same direction. To get there, you will: develop the product vision, roadmap and priorities for your HR technology domain; own your product area from discovery and prioritisation through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement; play a key role in the strategic programme moving towards an integrated global HR platform; ensure that legacy-system data, integrations and workflows are translated reliably into the future solution; work with programme management, business experts, technologists and implementation partners to guide delivery and resolve dependencies; connect HR needs, user experience, data, technology and regulatory requirements in clear product decisions; use feedback, product data and adoption insights to improve the platform and the co-worker experience. Your future colleagues You will report to the Value Stream Lead and work closely with colleagues in the Strategic OneHR programme. Your role has a clear technology and product focus, but collaboration is central to your success. You will work across HR, country teams, legal, risk and technology to turn needs and constraints into a coherent product direction, with particular attention to data migration, integrations and the future HR technology landscape. What you will bring Your unique potential and your values matter most to us. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a broad, connected way, always conscious of their impact on society, the environment, and the economy. To be successful in this role, you will need: at least five years of experience working with enterprise technology products, including product management, product ownership or a comparable role; hands-on experience in enterprise HR technology, People Technology or HRIS environments; experience with system migrations, including legacy data, integrations and the transition to new workflows; the ability to set product direction and make clear priorities in a regulated, complex stakeholder landscape; professional proficiency in English, spoken and written. We consider it a plus if you have: experience with international or multi-country HR platform implementations; experience in financial services or another regulated industry; professional proficiency in Dutch. What we offer you An inspiring work culture: Triodos Bank is a frontrunner in ethical banking and global impact investing, built on the belief that money can help change the world for the better. Working with us means joining a community committed to positive change, where people find meaning in their work, trust one another and continue to grow. A comfortable working environment: Our award-winning sustainable head office is based in Driebergen-Zeist, at the Reehorst Estate, a 3-minute walk from the train station. Combined with hybrid working, it is an inspiring place to work and connect with your colleagues. And of course, good pay and working conditions (CLA Banken): a monthly salary between €4.948 and €6.804 based on a 36-hour workweek. The fixed annual salary is calculated by multiplying the monthly salary by 13.96, including the 13th month and holiday pay an attractive pension plan a mobility card, including the option of free private travel flexible working hours and hybrid working six weeks of paid annual leave, with the option to buy up to two more weeks the option to swap bank holidays for other days, under certain conditions reimbursement for a company bicycle, up to €1,500 a range of education and training opportunities the option to join our collective health insurance a working from home allowance per home office day suitable home office equipment up to €750 every 5 years Sounds interesting? At Triodos Bank, we are committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. We want everyone who applies to feel welcome, safe and respected throughout the process. If this role appeals to you and you bring the must-have experience listed above, we encourage you to apply. The plus items are valuable, but you do not need to meet all of them to be considered. Please include a cover letter. We would like to understand what our mission means to you and how you would bring it to life in your work. The closing date for applications is 30 September 2026. For questions, please contact Wouter Lipsius ([email protected]). If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, for any reason, please let us know. You do not need to explain your request, and it will not affect how your application is assessed. Who we are Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members, with human dignity at its core. Triodos Bank was founded in 1980 to show what money can set in motion: with the savings people entrust to us we finance cleaner energy, organic farming, better care, and art that brings people together.
