We are looking for a VIE Data Operations & Governance Analyst to support Saturation NeXT program as part of the Sales Data Domain team in the context of evolving data practices. In this role, you will contribute to data governance, key data quality indicators and data domain operations, while also working directly with data to support data validation, data quality, completeness and data consistency . You will collaborate closely with business, data, and platform teams to ensure that data is well structured, reliable, accessible, and effectively used across the whole umbrella of Saturation program initiatives. This role is designed for candidates with foundational data knowledge and data analysis skills who are eager to develop expertise in data governance and data operations within an international environment. You will be supported by experienced data professionals. Main missions Data Governance & Compliance Support Support the implementation and monitoring of data governance standards within the Saturation program initiatives Track data quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement actions (Salesforce Opportunity & ERP reconciliation, Master project, Potential accessible market (PAM) Support alignment with corporate data governance practices Support Data Readiness assessments Work closely with business, data and platforms stakeholders for the data readiness activities for the different Saturation use cases Ensure that data is of a good quality with special focus in the AI use cases Support business stakeholders on translating business use cases with data mapping Support the Data model mapping and governance of the different Saturation initiatives Data Rules, Quality & Data Validation Support the application and compliance with defined Data Quality rules and standards within the Saturation program Use different tools to query, explore, and validate datasets (data consistency, completeness, quality checks) Contribute to identifying data quality issues and supporting their resolution with cross-teams effective collaboration Help ensure that data rules are understood and properly applied by stakeholders Operational Data Support and cross-initiatives Support day-to-day coordination between business, data, and platform teams Highlight the cross-domains and cross-teams data issues and challenges Support business stakeholders in the data maturity and quality of their respective initiatives Contribute to business, functional and data documentation Education Master’s degree in Data, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related fields Experience First experience (internship, apprenticeship) in data, analytics, data governance, or project environment Skills Technical / Functional Good understanding of data management concepts (metadata, data models, data flows) Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality concepts Basic to intermediate SQL skills (highly recommended) – ability to query and analyze data Knowledge of data platforms, data catalogs, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Languages Fluent English (working environment) Spanish, French, or other languages are a plus Personal Abilities Strong organizational and structured thinking Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and domains Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into business language Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to adapt in a changing and evolving environment Strong interest in data, governance, and transformation topics Bring your expertise to a team that's ready to elevate data excellence—apply today! The analyst will support data governance standards, monitor data quality KPIs, and ensure data consistency across the Saturation NeXT program. They will collaborate with business and platform teams to facilitate data readiness and resolve data quality issues for various initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Data, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems and possess foundational data management knowledge. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data governance principles or BI tools are highly recommended.
