Club Data Analyst About the Role Basic-Fit is looking for a Club Data Analyst to help the Facility Department turn club, maintenance, and financial data into actionable insights that improve club performance. You will analyse facility ticket data, identify recurring issues and cost drivers, build self-serve dashboards, and provide managers with clear signals they can use to investigate and act. The role starts with facility ticket and financial data, primarily in Databricks, with scope expected to grow as more club data becomes available through the long-term data landscape approach. Key Responsibilities Analyse facility ticket, maintenance, and financial data, primarily using Databricks. Identify recurring issues, root causes, trends, anomalies, and cost drivers. Build and maintain dashboards that provide managers with reliable, self-serve performance overviews. Flag day-to-day issues and anomalies for responsible managers to investigate and address. Evaluate cost impacts of processes and supplier performance. Analyse SLA adherence, supplier benchmarking, and cost-per-intervention for recurring assets. Write SQL and Genie queries to analyse and work with existing data. Build new views and aggregations from existing datasets. Translate complex maintenance and cost data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders such as facility managers. Contribute to projects as additional club data becomes available. Required Qualifications Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Data Science, (Business) Informatics, or a similar field. Strong SQL skills. Experience with Databricks/Genie or a comparable data platform. Experience building and maintaining dashboards. Solid understanding of statistical analysis. Knowledge and experience with building and Facility Management data, including maintenance, ticketing, assets, or supplier/SLA data. Experience independently building views and aggregations using existing data. Affinity with cost and financial analysis, including cost-per-intervention and benchmarking. Strong analytical thinking and ability to distinguish meaningful trends from noise. Ability to translate technical and complex data into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders. Proactive and self-starting approach to identifying and flagging issues. Preferred Qualifications Broader experience working with club, building, maintenance, or facility performance data. Experience analysing supplier performance and SLA data. Experience combining operational and financial datasets to assess cost and business impact. Work Arrangement & Schedule Location: Hoofddorp, Noord-Holland, Netherlands Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
