Are you passionate about translating innovative concepts into reliable semiconductor and MEMS fabrication flows? For one of our technology-driven partners in the Brainport region, TMC Physics is looking for a MEMS / Semiconductor Process Engineer who thrives in a hands-on R&D setting. Develop and optimize MEMS and semiconductor process flows. Work with lithography, thin-film deposition and etching technologies. Investigate process deviations and improve yield and reliability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support the development of novel high-tech products. What We Expect From You MSc or PhD in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology or Microelectronics. Hands-on cleanroom experience. Knowledge of lithography, deposition and etching processes. Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills. Develop and optimize MEMS and semiconductor process flows while working in a hands-on cleanroom R&D environment. Investigate process deviations to improve yield and reliability while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements

Requires an MSc or PhD in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or Microelectronics. Candidates must have hands-on cleanroom experience and knowledge of lithography, deposition, and etching processes.
