Requirements Gathering: Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical specifications. Process Modelling: Map existing and future business workflows, systems, and data structures. Data Analysis: Analyze commercial data, metrics, and trends using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization software. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners to explain technical concepts in plain language. Solution Validation: Plan and oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance of new processes or systems. Change Management: Assess the risks, costs, and benefits of proposed changes and support teams during transition Core Technical Skills Data Analysis: Ability to work with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to review data. Process Mapping: Knowledge of frameworks like BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) and UML. Requirements Writing: Skill in turning business needs into clear technical documents or user stories. Soft Skills Communication: Ability to explain complex technical data to non-technical managers and executives. Stakeholder Management: Skill in building relationships and resolving conflicting priorities. Critical Thinking: Talent for finding root problems and proposing smart business solutions.
