Position Summary: As an Overseas Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's energy storage operation and maintenance service products in designated overseas markets. You will directly engage with end customers, channel partners, and project developers to drive the signing and execution of service contracts. A deep understanding of customer needs is essential to provide tailored solutions leveraging the company's service product strengths. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, project, and support teams to ensure customer success, contribute to achieving regional sales targets, and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the overseas energy storage services market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Execution & Client Development: 1.1. Execute team-defined regional service product sales strategies and action plans. Actively develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships to achieve individual sales targets (e.g., contract value, collection rate). 1.2. Independently manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, service requirement analysis, solution presentation, and negotiation to the signing of service contracts (e.g., LTSA, ASSA), with a focus on long-term service projects for energy storage plant O&M, operations, and asset management. Customer Insight & Solution Customization: 2.1. Conduct in-depth research on customer pain points, industry standards, and policy environments in key overseas target markets (e.g., Europe & Americas, APAC). Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitive intelligence. 2.2. Collaborate with the Solution Department to provide customers with suitable O&M service product portfolios (e.g., extended warranty, remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, performance optimization, assessment, supplementation). Lead technical discussions and service proposal presentations. Key Account & Channel Collaboration: 3.1. Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining relationships with regional strategic key accounts and channel partners. Participate in joint visits, technical workshops, and commercial negotiations. 3.2. Explore ecosystem partnership opportunities (e.g., with EPC contractors, energy operators) to expand service product coverage through partner networks. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Support: 4.1. Work closely with Product, Project Management, Technical, and Service Delivery teams to ensure service solution feasibility. Facilitate smooth handover post-contract signing and track customer satisfaction. 4.2. Regularly relay customer feedback to internal teams, providing frontline input for service product optimization. Sales Process & Data Management: 5.1. Strictly utilize the CRM system to record sales activities, update pipeline data, and maintain customer information, ensuring forecast accuracy and process compliance. 5.2. Participate in team sales reviews. Analyze data to summarize win/loss experiences and market obstacles, supporting team strategy adjustments. Compliance & Risk Management: 6.1. Adhere to company overseas business compliance policies and local laws & regulations. Ensure contract terms and commercial activities meet risk control requirements. Promptly report potential risks. Qualifications: Must-to-Have: Bachelor's degree or higher. Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Automation, etc.) orBusiness background preferred. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in service sales within new energy, energy storage, power, or industrial services preferred. Experience in overseas markets (especially Europe & Americas) is a plus. Familiarity with fundamental service technologies for energy storage systems, O&M/operations processes, or plant asset management models. Ability to communicate customer service needs effectively with technical teams. Proven track record of independently achieving sales targets. Practical experience in selling service-type products (e.g., subscription-based, long-term agreements) is required. Proficient in using CRM and office software; possesses basic data analysis skills. Fluent in English and Local Language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
