This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with recipes and safety regulations. The Bartender greets guests, takes orders, provides product recommendations, and ensures a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere at the bar. Daily tasks include setting up and closing the bar, managing inventory and stock rotation, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Bartender works closely with the food & beverage team to coordinate service and supports colleagues during busy periods to ensure a smooth guest experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests professionally and create a positive bar experience. Solid Bartending and Food & Beverage knowledge, including drink preparation, menu familiarity, and basic food safety practices. Accurate Cash Handling abilities, with attention to detail in processing payments and balancing the till. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, work evening and weekend shifts, and manage fast-paced service. Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible serving practices; relevant certifications are an advantage. Reliability, teamwork, and a respectful, inclusive approach to colleagues and guests. Proficiency in English; additional language skills, particularly Dutch, are a plus.

Requirements
