Avania is hiring - Site Manager (In-House CRA)
The Site Manager role is an entry level position, similar to that of an In-House CRA in to the Clinical Operations team with exciting prospects, training and development to become a travelling CRA
The Site Manager (In-House CRA) role involves being trained on all basics in regards to the execution of a clinical research project. Site Managers (In-House CRA) should be able and can be asked to perform any Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) activities, which will include;
- Clinical Trial Monitoring
- Study-Specific Documents and Files
- Communication and Meetings
Core Responsibilities
The Site Manager will perform clinical trial monitoring and manage study-specific documents and files. They will also facilitate communication and meetings within the clinical operations team.
Requirements
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to develop into a travelling Clinical Research Associate. Candidates will receive training on the fundamentals of clinical research project execution.
