De functie
Als Project Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van drie infrastructuurprojecten. Je combineert financiële administratie, projectcontrol en business partnering en werkt nauw samen met projectmanagement, contractmanagement, HR, Tax en andere stakeholders.
Je bent betrokken bij de volledige financiële cyclus, waaronder factuurverwerking, betalingen, rapportages, cashflowmanagement, budgetbewaking en forecasting. Dankzij de afwisseling tussen operationele werkzaamheden en financiële analyses lever je direct een bijdrage aan het succes van de projecten.
De functie is gevestigd in Hoofddorp, met regelmatige aanwezigheid op projectlocaties in Amsterdam en Gorinchem om nauw samen te werken met projectteams en stakeholders.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financiële ondersteuning van meerdere projecten.
- Uitvoeren, review en/of goedkeuring van facturatie, reconciliaties en journaalposten
- Reviewen en verwerken van inkoopfacturen.
- Cash Flow Management
- Opstellen van periodieke financiële rapportages.
- Bewaken van projectbudgetten, forecasts en financiële reserves.
- Analyseren van projectresultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen.
- Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
- Zorgen voor een correcte projectadministratie binnen SAP.
- Ondersteunen bij audits en interne controles.
- Signaleren van risico's en verbeterkansen binnen financiële processen.
- Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor projectteams en andere stakeholders.
- Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van financiële processen binnen de projectorganisatie.
Basic Job Requirements
- Hbo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar.
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, controlling of financiële administratie.
- Ervaring als Financial Controller, Assistant Controller, Project Controller of vergelijkbare functie.
- Ervaring binnen accountancy en interesse in een overstap naar een projectomgeving is eveneens welkom.
- Ervaring binnen infrastructuurprojecten is een pré
- Ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met een pragmatische instelling.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels.
- Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en proactief.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs.

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the financial control of three infrastructure projects, managing the full financial cycle including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will act as a business partner to project teams, ensuring accurate project administration and financial compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and fluency in both Dutch and English are required.
