Ten years ago, we started with one clear goal: to make life easier for teachers and students when it comes to assessments. Today, thousands of teachers use our SaaS platform every day, in the Netherlands and beyond. But we're not done!

We have built a hybrid assessment platform that universities across the world use to create, take, and grade exams, on paper or digitally. We are a small team based in Delft, aiming for stability, product quality, and doing meaningful work.

About the role:

We're looking for a Senior QA Tester. We have a QA process in place, but the tester who built it has moved on, so you'll take ownership of it and shape where it goes next. We test with a mix of manual and automated work; our automated end-to-end suite runs on Cypress.

In this role, you'll:

• lead and coordinate the QA process for product features, from initial scoping all the way through to production
• write deep and insightful bug reports that go far beyond the happy path to catch complex edge cases
• write and maintain our automated end-to-end tests in Cypress
• interact with customers to understand their processes, so you can better test common workflows
• verify bug fixes written by the engineers to make sure the bugs you found are squashed
• help keep our platform WCAG 2.1 AA compliant

About you:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate:

• brings broad depth of knowledge in product QA and mastery over modern testing toolsets
• is comfortable combining manual, exploratory testing with writing automated tests (we use Cypress)
• prioritises and executes tasks with little to no direction, confidently navigating uncertainty
• welcomes constructive feedback, maintains high self-awareness, and commits to team decisions
• has strong communication skills in English
• has previous work experience in a product company, preferably in SaaS
• nice to have: experience with web accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA)
