About Transcend

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

  

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Deployment Process Analyst - Logistics to support the deployment of Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution–related capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program.

The role provides hands-on functional support across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring Manufacturing and Warehouse solutions align with the global template, regulatory requirements, and SAP Clean Core principles.

  

Key Responsibilities

Functional Delivery & Execution

  • Support SAP–MES (PAS-X) integration activities, PLM-driven engineering change processes, master data validity checks, and Manufacture at Risk capabilities.
  • Assist with functional validation of Manufacturing master data, process orders, BOMs, master recipes, and production versions.
  • Support solution confirmation activities by documenting requirements, reviewing designs, and validating alignment with the global template.
  • Execute detailed functional tasks including configuration support, data validation, and integration readiness activities.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to external contractors.

  

Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support

  • Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities under the guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead.
  • Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities.
  • Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods.

  

Experience

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.

  

Required

  • Hands-on functional experience within a regulated (GxP) environment.
  • Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  

Preferred

  • Prior involvement in global ERP deployments.
  • Experience with MES systems and SAP integration.
  • Ability to travel internationally based on role and specific business requirements (-10%).

The Deployment Process Analyst will support the implementation of Manufacturing and Warehouse execution capabilities within the global SAP S/4HANA Transcend program. Responsibilities include functional delivery, solution confirmation, testing, and providing support during deployment and hypercare phases.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and hands-on functional experience within a regulated GxP environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience with ERP or digital transformation initiatives are required.
