About this Position
What you´ll do
- Research and assist trade compliance projects.
- Understand EU import and export laws and regulations and how they apply to a global manufacturer.
- Support the Health Check process of Henkel Europe for customs compliance.
- Assist trade team with compliance reviews.
- Provide operational and administrative support for day-to-day trade activities.
- Answer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders as you learn about the complexities of global trade.
What makes you a good fit
- Working toward a Bachelors/Masters in Tax, Law, International Trade, Supply Chain, or International Business.
- Energetic, curious and a great communicator.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Strong MS Office software skills.
- Available for 6 months full-time as of October 15th 2026.
- Dutch or German is a plus.

Core Responsibilities
The intern will assist with trade compliance projects, research import and export regulations, and support the customs health check process. They will also provide operational support for daily trade activities and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Law, International Trade, Supply Chain, or International Business. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a team are required.
