Job Description

Company Lawyer 
Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours
1‑year fixed‑term contract (“bepaalde tijd”) with strong intent to convert to permanent (“onbepaalde tijd”)
Salary range: EUR 54 - 60K

Join CSC’s Operational & Real Estate Services (ORES) team and support a diverse portfolio of Dutch operational companies and real estate investment structures for international clients. You’ll work closely with clients, colleagues, and subject‑matter experts in a collaborative environment. The role blends legal analysis, client management, and hands‑on corporate work—offering variety, responsibility, and room to grow.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a primary client contact for legal, corporate, and administrative questions
  • Manage day‑to‑day legal and administrative activities for operational entities and real estate investment structures (SPVs and holding structures)
  • Draft, review, and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions and supporting documentation
  • Prepare, attend, and minute board and shareholder meetings
  • Lead KYC/AML and broader compliance processes for your client portfolio
  • Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders (legal/tax advisors, banks, and authorities)
  • Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions and bank account openings
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure entities remain in good legal standing
  • Support compliance with Dutch and EU regulations, including the ‘Wet toezicht trustkantoren’ (Wtt) and ‘Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme’ (Wwft)
  • Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement of client service delivery

 

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification
  • 2–4 years’ experience in trust/ corporate services, (international) law, tax or financial services
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus
  • Clear, confident communication and a client‑first mindset
  • Proactive, hands‑on, ownership‑driven working style
  • Pragmatic, open‑minded, and solutions‑oriented approach
  • Motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment
