What you do Scope: Asset management database (AMDB) Application Portfolio Management (APM/TPM) Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Configuration management database (CMDB) Generic CMDB write API (Horizontal) discovery Identification & reconciliation engine (IRE) MID Server application Multi-source CMDB (incl. integrationHub ETL) Service Mapping (vertical discovery) Service Portfolio Management (SPM) What we are looking for: Experienced ServiceNow developer with solid experience in CSDM, data modelling and integrations to support the multi-source, service-aware and self-healing CMDB Collaborate with Product Owner to assess incoming demands to ensure (data related) solution decisions are future-proof Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to create/refine/realize user stories and to remediate incidents and/or fulfill requests if within your area of responsibility Creative thinking and thinking conceptually and practically Good communicational skills - clear and empathetical Good process modelling skills (as the processes to create/maintain/retire/govern data need to be modelled) Thorough understanding and experience with CSDM, the ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) and ITOM modules Thorough understanding and experience with effective data governance, data modelling and data management standards and best practices Solid experience with multi-source CMDB, IRE governance, service mapping and APM/TPM Able to create holistic solutions and to empower (business) stakeholders to realize and govern data Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as ServiceNow ITOM consultant Experience with CMDB and CSDM Experience with Service Mapping Certifications CSA Discovery Service Mapping Education Bachelor's degree / similar level of thinking Benefits: Competitive salary Holiday allowance Bonus scheme Company car / mobility budget Pension allowance Health allowance Tailor made health plan Bring your own device contribution Company Description At NowNation we believe that all great enterprises and organizations are being successful because simple and necessary tasks are being fulfilled by People.
