Job Summary Supermicro is looking for an IT Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-performing and secure network infrastructures across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. The role also involves providing end-user IT support and collaborating with stakeholders to align network solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong networking expertise, hands-on experience with key technologies, and a service-oriented mindset. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Design, implement, optimize, monitor, and maintain local (LAN), wide area (WAN), and wireless networks to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security. Configure and manage routers and switches. Implement and maintain firewalls and VPNs. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution. Optimize network performance and traffic flow. Perform system upgrades and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with business goals. Provide IT support to end users in addition to core networking responsibilities. Participate actively in IT-related projects Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with a strong networking background. Familiar with networking protocols and infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Fortinet switches and firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba switches. English is required; Dutch is a pro. Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
