Job Details Position: Early Years Teacher Location: Gillam School Start Date: October 26, 2026 FTE: 1.00 FTE Term of Employment: Term to June 30, 2027 Application Deadline: Open Until Filled About The Community Gillam School is a thriving Nursery to Grade 12 school located 304 km north of Thompson on the Fox Lake Cree Nation Traditional Territory. Gillam is a prosperous community with a beautiful, newly-renovated recreation centre that includes: skating and curling rinks, a community library, a movie theatre and a fitness centre. The community is a recreational paradise offering fishing, boating, hunting, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hiking trails. Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Education degree and a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate. Previous teaching experience and strong classroom management skills are required.
