Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. You will be responsible for Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store. Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries. Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.  Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.     Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.     Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.  Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day. You will need Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.  Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met. Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience and acting as the go-to person for operational queries. Additionally, you will coach colleagues, build inclusive relationships, and confidently lead the store in the manager's absence.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in a team lead or management position within a fast-paced retail environment. You must be a strong role model with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
