From the initial room set-up to flawless service during the event, and the perfect closing, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and elegantly. Whether it is an intimate celebration or an elaborate conference, you will learn to anticipate the needs of every guest and deliver personalized service, all while working in one of Amsterdam’s most iconic venues. Your Responsibilities Will Include Preparing and setting up our historic banqueting rooms for events of all sizes and styles. Working together with the team during events by delivering impeccable service with attention to detail. Assisting in the smooth coordination and execution of weddings, meetings, private dinners, and social gatherings. What makes you the perfect addition to our team? You are currently enrolled in a Hospitality (Management) Program. You are available for a minimum of 5 months. You have an eye for detail and a proactive, hands-on mentality. You are flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. You have excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus).

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for preparing and setting up historic banqueting rooms and delivering impeccable service during various events. Additionally, you will assist in the coordination of weddings, meetings, and private dinners while collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management program and available for a minimum of 5 months. You should possess a proactive, hands-on mentality with excellent English communication skills.
