Job Description Job Purpose Global Footprint Finance Senior Manager is accountable for overseeing financial Planning and Performance Management activities within Footprint function across the organization. Collaborate with the Network Design team to provide financial expertise and guidance for logistics network optimization initiatives. Support the development of financial models and analysis to inform network design decisions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the Footprint goals. This includes long-term strategic planning, tactical budgeting, target setting, and ensuring alignment with business and regional finance teams. Partner on strategic decision-making and resource allocation, including risk assessment and action plan development. Performance Analysis and Executive Decision Support: Conduct regular financial analysis to evaluate footprint initiatives performance and provide insights to key stakeholders Cost Management and Productivity: Oversee Global Footprint contribution to Company results, focusing on financial outcomes, productivity initiatives, and savings. Drive automation and implement methodologies and tools for cost analysis and performance measurement. Expected Experience & Required Skills Be consistent across the job posting, interview, assessments, and the job itself Include specific, qualitative proven experiences versus generic years of experience Include both “hard” and “soft” skills Include skills that are observable, measurable, and assessable (speaking to their criticality to the role and business) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
