Job Description Job Purpose Global Supply Chain Finance Strategy Lead. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Finance Director, this role will serve as a key strategic finance business partner to the Global Supply Chain organization with a strong exposure on daily basis to COO and Senior Global Supply Chain leadership. The role will support COO strategic priorities and decision-making through thought partnership, high-quality business insights and long-term value delivery Essential Functions & Responsibilities Strategic Finance Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner to the Global Supply Chain leadership team, providing strategic insights, thought partnership, and decision support to enable business priorities and long-term value creation (50%) COO Support and Executive Materials: Partner closely with the COO to prepare executive-ready materials, leadership updates, strategic reviews, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Translate complex business topics into concise, decision-oriented materials that support effective governance and execution (25%) Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead or coordinate high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives within the Global Supply Chain organization, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of priorities (25%) Expected Experience & Required Skills Be consistent across the job posting, interview, assessments, and the job itself Include specific, qualitative proven experiences versus generic years of experience Include both “hard” and “soft” skills Include skills that are observable, measurable, and assessable (speaking to their criticality to the role and business) Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to business partnering, supply chain, and strategic project support. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in a COO-facing or executive partnering role. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive-level materials. Solid understanding of supply chain operations and business drivers, with the ability to connect financial and operational implications. Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in finance and supply chain partnering. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to support senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
