Role Review: Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM & CSM development, scripting, workflow automation, and integration experience. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience on ServiceNow ITSM & CSM JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes Flow Designer, Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server CSA Certification – Mandatory ITIL & Agile/Scrum Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ITSM & CSM solutions. Build workflows, scripts, and automations. Develop REST/SOAP integrations. Customize and optimize the ServiceNow platform. Follow ServiceNow best practices and security standards.

Requirements
Requires over 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in JavaScript and Glide API. A mandatory CSA Certification is required along with knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
