At TripleB, we are looking for an ambitious Financial Accounting Specialist to join our core team in Amsterdam-Oud Zuid. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of our daily financial operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and work directly alongside senior management. Your Responsibilities Financial Administration & Accounting Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including invoice processing, payments, and credit control. Execute daily bank reconciliations and manage cash entries. Identify, report, and resolve financial discrepancies or irregularities proactively. Reporting & Compliance Prepare and file periodic VAT returns. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Help build clear financial overviews, analysis, and management reports. Maintain structured, compliant archiving of all financial documentation. Operations & Process Optimization Act as the key contact point for suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding invoicing and billing. Actively suggest and implement process improvements to scale our financial workflow. What You Bring Background: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Dutch (written & spoken). Location: Able to work on-site at our office in Amsterdam-Iud Zuid at least 3 days per week. Mindset: Highly organized, discreet with confidential data, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Software: Basic to intermediate experience with modern accounting software (e.g., Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield, or Excel) is a strong plus. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and professional fluency in both English and Dutch. Candidates should have basic to intermediate experience with accounting software and be able to work on-site in Amsterdam.
