Job Description

TicketSwap has grown enormously in the past years. TicketSwap now has more than 20 million registered users throughout the world. Our goal is to make buying and selling second-hand tickets safe, fair and easy. Our Platform Operations team is crucial in helping us achieve this goal. They ensure that all events are accurately configured on our platform (from locations and dates, to pricing and images) and, collaborating closely with the Product and Partnerships teams, they work to deliver an exceptional experience for our partners. Their efforts also make it easy for fans to list their tickets for sale while safeguarding against fraud. With all the event details set up correctly and fraudsters kept at bay, the Platform Operations team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Do Work in close contact with Partnerships Managers from all countries supporting their work from an operational perspective; Support our CX-team on their daily tasks to help out fans with ticket issues; Work with our Product Team (developers) on investigating and solving errors in our famous SecureSwap service and Sealed Integrations; Reach out to partner Ticket Providers when encountering ticket related issues; Create and monitor Partner & Secure Swap events from start to end, by making sure all events details are correct (title, categories, price, etc.); all users have a working/valid ticket; etc. You collect information about changes within partnered events and/or cancellations so this information can be communicated to our users; You make sure our users can only upload the right tickets, in the right event and ticketing categories and assist them together with our Aftersales Team when tickets don't work or any other issue occurs at the event eventually. About You You are a born perfectionist, you have a great eye for details and enjoy bringing structure to your work; Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage; You are available for 24 hours per week and based in or near Amsterdam. Additionally, you must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM) every week; You have a knack for grasping data effortlessly and can address and fix issues based on it; You are able to prioritize and shift fast between tasks; You have a keen interest in the event industry; You thrive on making the ticketing market as honest and transparent as possible; You're a great team player who loves to work with a variety of stakeholders and are always one step ahead in solving problems (also by challenging current processes); You learn and adapt fast to new ways of working. Practical Details Location: Amsterdam (office-first, hybrid possible) Salary: You would start with a salary of €15,75 gross per hour (+8% holiday allowance and 9.6% holiday pay) 24 hours a week Weekends: 1 weekend shifts every week after the first 2 months Holidays: Occasionally working on peak event days (e.g. King’s Day) Contract: 0-hour contract, 7 months with the intention to extend Find our perks & benefits on our careerpage

Core Responsibilities

The role involves configuring event details on the platform and collaborating with Partnerships and Product teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities include monitoring SecureSwap events, resolving ticket issues, and preventing fraud.

Requirements

Candidates must be based in or near Amsterdam, available for 24 hours per week including one weekend shift. Proficiency in English and a strong eye for detail are essential.
